He's back home on the inside of the defensive line and with this tumultuous season behind him Sharrif Floyd says the Gators are ready to make forward progress in 2012. The sophomore defensive tackle from Philadelphia has been a mainstay for the Florida defense all year and on Saturday that defense was dominant against a Big-10 squad that was supposed to be bigger and more physical.

Sharrif Floyd thought he and his teammates did their thing in the Gators 24-17 victory Monday. Now it is time to turn his focus to the future.
