Video: Carter a Strong Armed QB for 2013

It is still so early for recruiting the 2013 class and a lot of prospects to be uncovered. One of the more physically imposing prospects for the 2013 class is strong armed quarterback O'Shay Carter from Jacksonville's Trinity Christian Academy. Coming off a good junior season where he learned a new offense, Carter is looking to have an even better senior season in 2012.
