Video: Gushue Talks Second Gators Win

In college baseball, it is extremely rare to see a player enroll early and miss their senior season. Freshman Taylor Gushue is the only one Gators Baseball Coach Kevin O'Sullivan has ever had in his career. Gushue has only played two regular season games in his collegiate career, and has helped the Gators earn wins in both.

Designated hitter Taylor Gushue hit a home run on the first pitch of his first collegiate at bat in Florida's 7-3 win over Cal State Fullerton Friday night. The freshman continued to shine for Florida in the second game of the series with a two-run triple, giving the Gators the lead they held onto for the 5-2 win.
