We haven’t been given any specifics but were told that Florida assistant coach Aubrey Hill has resigned immediately at the University of Florida and is no longer with the program. Hill came to Florida with Will Muschamp in 2011 and lasted until the day before training camp for the fall for the 2012 season.

Speculation of course is that Hill is resigning because of the ongoing investigation at the university of Miami and his participation in whatever went on with the NCAA issues they have had in recent years. Hill came to Florida from Miami.

Hill also played with the Gators in the early 90’s and was a big part of the emergence of the Florida football program and a member of the first SEC Championship team in Florida’s history.

We have heard that graduate assistant Bush Hamden will be the replacement for Hill, we do not know if he is considered a permanent replacement.

We will have more as we move along.
