Scout.com takes a look at more than 75 "Name to Know" in the 2016 class with an inaugural watch list.

Scout.com released the 2014 rankings prior to the season and more than 2,000 players are listed. In addition, the Class of 2015 Scout 300 was released earlier this month, followed by the Ultimate 300, a compilation of the top 300 players in the nation in the 2014, 2015 and 2016 classes.

With recruiting sped up, Scout.com is pleased to release a “Watch List” for the 2016 class with more than 75 recruits from across the nation.

This is not a ranking, but rather a guide for fans to get to know some of the big names in the class. It is broken up by region, with the players listed alphabetically.

East Region

Sonny Abramson, QB, 6-2, 210, Sparta (N.J.) Pope John XXIII
Skinny:
Abramson has good touch and a good understanding of the offense. He has good arm strength and is comfortable in the pocket and on the run. He holds Rutgers and South Florida offers.

Bracey
Scott Bracey, WR, 6-3, 190, Richmond (Va.) Benedictine
Skinny:
Bracey is a big, strong, fast receiver with great hands and he concentrates well. His double-digit offer list includes Clemson, Ohio State, Penn State, Virginia, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia Tech.

Cameron Chambers, WR, 6-2, 190, Erial (N.J.) Timber Creek
Skinny:

Trevon Diggs, WR, 5-11, 160, Rockville (Md.) Thomas Wootten
Skinny:
The younger brother of Maryland standout Stefon Diggs, Trevon can stretch the field, has very good ball skills and catches the ball with strong hands. Virginia and Maryland offered.

Tino Ellis, WR, 6-1, 180, Hyattsville (Md.) DeMatha Catholic
Skinny:
Ellis is long and lean, but as his body fills out he should become a more physical player. He gets off the line well and goes after the ball. His length makes him hard to cover and he has speed to get behind a defense. He sports offers from Maryland, Rutgers, Virginia and Virginia Tech.

Gary
Rashan Gary, DT, 6-4, 285, Scotch Plains (N.J.) Scotch Plains-Fanwood
Skinny:
Gary has a chance to be a national Top 10 in his class. He is strong, has tremendous burst and is athletic. He plays low and runs extremely well. Alabama, Florida, Michigan, Ohio State, Penn State and Rutgers are among the schools to offer.

Dele' Harding, OLB, 6-1, 215, Elkton (Md.) Eastern Christian
Skinny:
Harding plays downhill and runs well. He can cover the field sideline-to-sideline and fills gaps well in run support. Tennessee and USC already offerd.

Keandre Jones, WR, 6-2, 190, Olney (Md.) Our Lady of Good Counsel

Sulaiman Kamara, DT, 6-2, 295, Richmond (Va.) Hermitage
Skinny:
Kamara is big, strong, powerful and quick, which a tremendous combination. Word will be getting out on him soon, and offers should follow.

Lorenzo Harrison, RB, 5-7, 185, Hyattsville (Md.) DeMatha Catholic
Skinny:
Harrison is built like a fire plug and runs tough, with a lower center of gravity and has good acceleration through the hole. He is yet to pick up an offer, but that should change soon.

Michal Menet, OT, 6-4, 250, Reading (Pa.) Exeter Township
Skinny:
Menet excels at guard and defensive end, but his future looks to be at offensive tackle. He is quick, explosive, strong and already has good technique. He can turn a defender and once he engages the opponent, it’s game over. Rutgers, Penn State and Temple offered.

Pugh
Kaezon Pugh, RB, 6-0, 180, Aliquippa (Pa.) High
Skinny:
Pugh doesn’t get a lot of action because Dravon Henry and Terry Swanson are ahead of him, but he glides through the hole, is physical, has the speed to finish runs, has good vision and accelerates well. West Virginia offered.

Robbie Robinson, CB, 5-9, 170, Hampton (Va.) Phoebus
Skinny:
He is technically sound, has good feet, great instincts, is strong for his size and is a very good competitor. Virginia is one of his offers.

Shane Simmons, DE, 6-3, 210, Hyattsville (Md.) DeMatha Catholic
Skinny:
Simmons plays down hill and fast. He does a nice job of wrapping of the ball carrier and he plays physical. He has the athleticism to drop into coverage. His offers include Florida State, Maryland, North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.

Smith
Rahshaun Smith, DE, 6-3, 225, Baltimore Calvert Hall

Steven Smothers, WR, 5-11, 160, Reisterstown (Md.) Franklin
Skinny:
Smothers is a big-play prospect who can turn a short pass or designed jet sweep into a touchdown. He sticks his foot in the ground and gets up field quickly. He has tremendous acceleration and speed to finish off plays. His offer list includes Florida State, Rutgers, Virginia, Virginia Tech and West Virginia.

Levonta Taylor, CB, 5-10, 165, Virginia Beach (Va.) Ocean Lakes
Skinny:
Taylor is a great athlete and is on track to be the next big thing at one of top programs in the region. He has Virginia among his offers.

Hemphill
Reggie Hemphill, WR, 6-1, 170, Manvel (Texas) High
Skinny:
A wiry wide receiver with long arms and above average speed and quickness. Has already accepted an offer to play for Texas.

Greg Little, OL, 6-5, 280, Allen (Texas) High
Skinny:
Earning starting time as a sophomore tackle for one of the premier powerhouse programs is an accomplishment in and of itself. Could be special.

Ed Oliver, DT, 6-2, 285, Spring (Texas) Westfield
Skinny:
Added offers before getting on the field as a sophomore. Did not take him long to make an impact, he had a sack on his second varsity play.

Robert Revels III, LB, 6-3, 220, Houston (Texas) Reagan
Skinny:
A bigger-framed, thick linebacker prospect. Will have a fun highlight reel to watch, because he will lay the wood.

Trevor Speights, RB, 5’11, 180 McAllen (Texas) Memorial
Skinny:
The next big thing from the Valley. Will be the top recruit from the area since Bradley Stephens signed with Texas A&M.

Kaden Smith, TE, 6-6, 225, Flower Mound (Texas) Marcus
Skinny:
Smith is a prospect who may hold the nicest offer list (Alabama, Clemson, Oklahoma) thus far of any Midlands 2016 prospect. A well-rounded player at the position.

Tristen Wallace, QB/ATH, 6-3, 215, DeSoto (Texas) High
Skinny:
Wallace is just now emerging on the scene for one of the state’s top programs, but is a superior athlete with great size and intangibles.

Skinny:
The younger brother of senior four-star and Michigan commit Michael Ferns, Brendan is considered to be a fine athlete in his own right with the same BCS potential as his brother.

Tommy Kraemer, OT, 6-5, 285, Cincinnati Elder
Skinny:
