Gators overcome slow offensive day

Frazier led the team with 18 points

For the first 28 minutes, the offense for No. 12 Florida looked as bad as it has in years. Shots weren't falling from the perimeter and the offense was stagnant with no ball movement. A few Michael Frazier three-pointers were enough to cure the ills, opening up the offense to help the Gators close out a 67-58 win over Richmond on Saturday in the O'Connell Center.

After scoring 37 points in the first 28 minutes of the game, Florida scored 30 points over the final 12 minutes. "I take responsibility for our focus," Florida head coach Billy Donovan said. "I don't know where our focus was tonight in terms of scouting report, preparation and what we did. I was disappointed after having a week off to prepare."
