Class of 2015 receiver Nyqwan Murray is one of the hottest prospects in central Florida. The Orlando (Fla.) oak Ridge receiver is coming off of a junior season where he caught 88 passes for 1300 yards and 19 touchdowns. Part of Gator Great Keiwan Ratliff's Rat pack 7on7 squad, Murray received his seventh scholarship offer on Monday.

Nyqwan Murray now has seven offers which include Akron, Cincinnati, Ohio, Kent State, South Carolina, Duke and the latest being Wake Forest. Murray is getting his first taste of 7on7 action and likes the competition.

"This is my first year coming out here," he said. "I am looking forward to having a good 7 on7 this year."

At 6-foot and 180 pounds, Murray has good size and other qualities that are drawing interest from near and far. He believes the Florida Gators might be next in stepping up with an offer.

"They like how I run my routes and catch the ball," he said of the college coaches that watch him play. I think Florida might offer soon. They are saying I might have an offer soon. I grew up a Gator fan. I liked Percy Harvin and Tim Tebow."

Still a year away from making a final decision, Murray says there is one thing that means the most to him when choosing a school.

"I want a place with good academics," he said.

Murray said he may be coming up to visit Florida for junior day on Feb. 1. Stay tuned as we cover his recruitment in its entirety here at Scout.com.
