After limiting fan access to practices in recent years, Florida
fans will be able to watch eight practices, starting with the spring-opener on March 19. Other opportunities will come on March 21 (Friday), March 22 (Saturday), March 24 (Monday), March 26 (Wednesday), March 31 (Monday), April 2 (Wednesday), April 11 (Friday).
The spring game will take place on April 12. Students, Gator Boosters, Alumni Association members and F Club members will all receive free admission to the spring game. Tickets for others are $5 in the Gator ticket office or can be ordered at GatorZone.com.
Florida will also hold its Pro Scout Day on Monday, March 17.
The start of spring practice was pushed back to March 19 in order to give quarterback Jeff Driskel time to recover after breaking his fibula last year against Tennessee. Fans will also have a first-hand look at the offensive installation from first-year offensive coordinator Kurt Roper.
The Gators will provide new opportunities for fans during spring practice this year. Florida coach Will Muschamp will open eight spring practices plus the spring game on April 12, giving fans a chance to see multiple practices during a spring with many story lines.
