Florida clinches share of SEC title

Thursday was a microcosm of Florida's season. Freshman right-hander Logan Shore threw well, coach Kevin O'Sullivan had to piece it together out of the bullpen and timely hits propelled the offense. The Gators clinched at least a share of the Southeastern Conference title the way they've done it all season, pulling out a 6-5 win in 11 innings at Tennessee.

The win secured Florida's fourth SEC East title in seven years under Kevin O'Sullivan. It was the third SEC title for the Gators under O'Sullivan, tying him for the most conference titles of any coach in school history.
