Peach State monster lineman commits to Gators

Mike Horton is a huge addition to the Florida 2015 class.

You just can’t get enough linemen in the SEC. And when they come as big and as good as 6-foot-4 and 310 pound Mike Horton from Atlanta (Ga.) Lakeside, then it is time to celebrate. Well the Florida Gators are throwing a party tonight because Horton declared his intentions to play college football in Gainesville.

The Florida Gators are looking at Mike Horton to play offense or defense, or perhaps even both when he arrives in Gainesville in 2015. The monster masher with offers from every team in the SEC is a big time get and a difference maker up front wherever he plays.

With holes to fill on either side of the ball, Horton is such a big get for the Gators and a prospect that is physically ready to play right away when he shows up on campus.

Stay tuned to as we endeavor to reach Horton and find out more about his commitment. Recommended Stories
