Earlier in the week Florida head coach Urban Meyer and wide receivers coach Billy Gonzales ventured to Brooklyn, (N.Y.) for an in-home visit with the enigmatic wide receiver.
“They came up while I was working out, I took them to a basketball game at my school,” Boateng said. “They came to my house and got to know my family, I’d say they spent about ten hours here.”
Boateng was very impressed by his official visit to Florida.
“The visit was unbelievable, it’s a college town,” Boateng said. “The football is great, the academics are outstanding, and the coaching staff was real cool.”
What would the he consider as the highlight of his visit?
“The academic staff, we had a meeting and they were so thorough,” Boateng said.
