DAY TWO PM: Former GaTech QB Pat Carter Speaks

Former Georgia Tech quarterback Pat Carter was supposed to be on his way back to the Tampa Bay area, where he had once excelled as a player at St. Petersburg's Lakewood High School. But, an audible was called by former Florida quarterback Jesse Palmer. The screen star stepped into the lineup, offered a few words of wisdom, and helped deliver Carter to his alma mater.

"I started practicing with my brother more often, you know, Jesse Palmer and Don Hasselbeck said, "You'd be a great receiver. You've got great hands." So, I started working with them (at receiver).
