Their announcements will be broadcast on national television via ESPNews at 3:40pm eastern. Jared Odrick is also making an announcement at 3pm, but he is rumored to be a heavy Penn State lean. Percy Harvin has made his decision between Florida and Southern California, while Damon McDaniel is between Florida and Virginia Tech.
