"It was a very highly competitive camp. The top athletes in the country coming together at one camp is just amazing. It was fun and very competitive. It was a nice time, and playing under the lights just like high school football. It felt like home to me, kind of sort of."
You received a lot of attention from the coaching staff after the camp. How does that make you feel getting so much attention from the national champs?
"I felt very blessed that the national champs are trying so hard to get me to come to Florida. They say they've got me number one on their board. Right now, I'm going to just keep on working. I'm going to go home and talk it over with my family and see what their reactions are. We'll take it from there. And I'll probably try and talk to Coach [Billy] Gonzales every day."
What are some of the things they are telling you about the way they want to use you in this offense?
"They showed me a chart of all the schools in the SEC and had Georgia Tech in there, too. They showed me all the stats like receiver touchdowns and yards and Florida beat everybody. The concentrate on getting the ball into the hands of the playmakers."
Was that a little surprising for you?
"It caught me off guard. I didn't know Florida was that dominate in those areas. I'm a little shaky right now, so I'll I can do is keep checking things out."
