Joiner Charges Dismissed

The felony burglary charges levied against Florida football player Tony Joiner were dismissed late Friday morning, potentially clearing the way for Joiner to play against LSU Saturday night.

The charges were dismissed because prosecutors quickly determined that no crime had been committed, and the owner of the towing company remained adamant that he was opposed to Tony Joiner being prosecuted for the incident that occurred early Tuesday morning.
