Gators Can't Stop Tiger Comeback

For three-plus quarters, the Florida Gators outplayed the nation's No. 1 ranked team. But untimely turnovers and the inability to stop the running game in the fourth quarter led to a come from behind 28-24 win for the LSU Tigers, handing the Gators their second loss in as many weeks.

After LSU (6-0, 3-0 SEC) cut the Gator (4-2, 2-2 SEC) lead to 17-14 in the third quarter, the largest crowd ever at Tiger Stadium – 92,910 – came unglued upon learning the news that USC had lost to Stanford.
