Christian with Lofty Goals for the Fall

Gerald Christian

Gerald Christian is the nation's No. 5 ranked tight end and one of the top players in America. The William T. Dwyer High School standout talked about his off season.

"Mostly we worked out with the team and attending a lot of 7-on-7 tournaments," Gerald Christian said. "I was 6-3, 225 when summer started and now I am up to 233."

Christian like Matt Elam has lofty goals for his senior season.

"I plan to take my team to states and I also want to get straight A's for my senior season."

Christian has yet to set up his official visit to Gainesville.

"I know that I will attend some games but not sure how often. I will go whenever I can and I still need to set up my official to Florida." Recommended Stories
