Macklin Trying to Adjust

It wasn't the smoothest opening day for Vernon Macklin, but definitely something he can build on. Vernon Macklin will be relied on a lot this year for the Florida Gator basketball team and he knows he needs to improve to make the emphasis on the team that some are expecting. He talks about his preseason game with St. Leo on video here.

Vernon Macklin will have to step up his game and work a little harder for the Florida Gators and he absolutely knows that moving forward. The bruising forward/center scored only seven points to go along with four rebounds in 23 minutes of playing time on Monday.
