Brown Fought Through Pain

Florida sophomore cornerback Jeremy Brown fought through the pain of an ankle sprain on Saturday and played in his first collegiate game. Along the way, Brown also corralled his first interception at the collegiate level. Brown has been off the playing field for two long years and his chance to compete was something he looked forward to for a long time.

Jeremy Brown rolled his ankle on Thursday at practice and as late as Friday night was doubtful to play against Miami (OH). When starting cornerback Moses Jenkins went down with an arm injury Brown was pressed into duty and came up big.
