So the Gators enter the closest thing to an off-week with a perfect 10-0 record for just the third time in school history. The 1995 Gators then beat FSU and Arkansas before losing to Nebraska in the Fiesta Bowl. The 1996 team lost game 11 to FSU but came back to beat Alabama in the SEC Title Game and Florida State in the Sugar Bowl for the national championship.   Full Story

The Florida Gators beat SEC East foe South Carolina 24-14 on Saturday. The offense came out smoking while the usually hard nosed and stubborn defense was a little giving at times early on in the game. When things got tight in the second half, Carlos Dunlap and company turned up the intensity a notch or two. The second half was something special by this version of the Gator defense.   Full Story

COLUMBIA, S.C. -- Urban Meyer spoke to a packed house of media following the Gators 24-14 win over South Carolina on Saturday. The gators are finding different ways to win relatively close games and this one was no different. The Gators moved to 10-0 on the season and are 8-0 in the SEC.
