Biography:
2003: A true freshman who saw time on special teams in all 13 games, also lining up at receiver in four games (SJSU, Miami, FAMU and Arkansas) for 144 total plays...Was the only true freshman receiver to score a touchdown, and only one of eight UF receivers in school history to score a TD as a true freshman...Returned two kicks for 47 yards, including a 28-yard return in the Iowa game...Also had four tackles on special teams...In his first career game, caught two passes for 38 yards including a career-long 29-yard TD reception in the fourth quarter vs. SJSU...His 29-yard TD reception was the first touchdown by a freshman receiver since Dec. 2, 2000 when Jabar Gaffney had a TD reception vs. Auburn in the SEC Championship game...Also had a reception vs. FAMU...Was one of seven true freshmen to play in every game...

High School: Selected to the Parade All-America Team...A SuperPrep All-America who was considered the No. 1 WR in Alabama and among the top five receivers in the south...Named Second-Team All-America by TheInsiders.com...Named the Alabama Back of the Year (6A)...Named to the Alabama Super All-State Team...Two-time First-Team All-State (6A)...Named No. 1 senior by Birmingham News...Finished second for Alabama's Mr. Football Award as a senior...A three-year starter and a team captain as a senior...Won two state championships (6A) as a sophomore and a senior and led his team to the state championship game as a junior...Finished with a combined 42-3 over his final three seasons including a 13-1 senior campaign ...Team MVP as a senior...Caught 68 passes for 1,187 yards and 14 touchdowns as a senior...Caught and threw for a TD pass along with 145 yards receiving in his senior championship game...Had 70 catches for 1,407 yards and 16 touchdowns as a junior...Scored 52 touchdowns overall...Also saw time at free safety...
