High School in 2003... played for Coach Steve Pardue... completed 81-of-133 passes for 1,553 yards and 17 touchdowns while throwing only three interceptions his senior season... One of EA Sports Elite 11 quarterbacks... led his team to the Class AAA State championship his junior year.

Personal: Lewis Blake Mitchell was born Sept. 23, 1984... majoring in history... has a 37.5-inch vertical leap... brother, Jay, was a pitching prospect in the Colorado Rockies' organization but gave up on his baseball aspirations to play collegiate basketball... will play at Kennesaw State this fall after spending a year at Texas Tech.
