| Rogers is a special talent. He has all the tools to be an elite receiver on the next level. He is built like a linebacker, but he is a smooth athlete that runs well, that has great body control, and he has as much potential as anyone in Georgia. He is a great straightline runner, but needs to improve flexibility.
