One to grow on

LSU running back Alfred Blue showed some flashes of athletic brilliance last fall during the Tigers' run to the BCS National Championship game. Those who bleed Purple and Gold are expecting more of the same from the rising junior this fall. When asked which offensive player would be a major difference maker this fall, Blue said without hesitation, "Jarvis Landry".

"Jarvis Landry is a young player who plays with an edge," explained Blue. "Even in practice, he does everything with an edge. "He works in practice just like he's in a game."
