The throw looked simple on film. Jeff Driskel received a shotgun snap on 3rd and 7, took a three-step drop and threw a five-yard pass to Frankie Hammond. The senior wide receiver did the rest, completing a 75-yard touchdown pass to clinch the game for Florida. Through the speed and cutback ability that Hammond showed to steal the show, the continued development of Driskel went under the radar.

Tennessee showed blitz when they lined up for the play. Cornerback Eric Gordon was covering Omarius Hines in the slot, and just before the ball was snapped, Gordon showed his hand and started his sprint toward the line of scrimmage. Driskel saw it.
