'Canes offer Tampa DE

The Hurricanes have offered a scholarship to Tampa Robinson defensive end Justin Madison.

One his way to official visit to Iowa State earlier today Tampa Robinson defensive end Justin Madison got some big news.

"Miami just offered me," said Madison via text message. "If I visit them it would have to be an unofficial [visit] because I am set on going to Wake Forest (2-1) next weekend."

Madison, 6-foot-4 and 210-pounds, is a three-star defensive end that has picked up BCS offers now this month from Miami, Iowa State and Wake Forest.
