Dunlap Keeping Eye on Young DL

Other than Tim Tebow no Gator player will be under the microscope this season more than defensive end Carlos Dunlap. The big junior is projected as a potential top five pick in next April's NFL draft and has his eyes on the school's single-season sack record of 13 held by Alex Brown ('99).

Carlos Dunlap was credit with 9.5 sacks a year ago and if he is to fulfill the lofty expectations others have for him he'll have to be a more consistently dominant force rushing opposing passers. Yet as the season begins Dunlap is equally concerned about the other players on the Gator defense, particularly the younger ones.
